AI should answer the enquiries, file the records and write the reports. People should make the decisions that matter. That is the whole idea behind Luupp, and it shapes every system we build.
So we work as one team from strategy to delivery: brand, design, engineering and AI under one roof, taking an idea from discovery through to a system running in production.
We build AI in rather than bolt it on, and we measure everything against a clear baseline, so you get evidence of what changed rather than a promise.

Where we come from
The Coding Monsters years
Luupp started life as Coding Monsters, a digital agency building websites and apps for growing businesses.
For nearly a decade, Coding Monsters built websites and apps for UK and US SMBs, shipping over 50 projects across retail, professional services, and recruitment. We became known for clean code and customers who stayed.
Why we rebuilt as Luupp
We started by teaching the next generation to code. Along the way, their parents and local businesses saw our engineering depth and asked us to build their platforms. That demand became Luupp.
In 2024, we rebuilt the company around it in full: brand, design, engineering and, as AI models matured, the intelligent systems now built into every product we ship.
Coding Monsters today
Coding Monsters, the programme that started it all, taught programming and robotics to students across the UK. It is on sabbatical while we focus on Luupp, and it returns in 2027.
